Global coordination. Local access. Trusted quality.
The Global Open Education Network coordinates institutions, accredited learning centres and responsible partners to expand trusted access to open, online and flexible education.

Welcome to GOE Network
The Global Open Education Network is the institutional coordinator of the GOE Initiative. It connects recognised education providers, public bodies, communities and responsible partners around a shared framework for widening meaningful learning access.
As the accrediting authority for GOE Centres, the Network establishes standards, authorises accreditation decisions and maintains public accountability. Participating institutions retain full authority over admission, curriculum, assessment and academic awards.
